It took forever, but I finally made it to Meridian Pint for an afternoon of sitting outside and drinking amazing beer. Where was this place when I use to live in Petworth? Great food and a really impressive draft list with tons of outdoor seating. I took my friend from NYC, Jim, here and we just sat outside and enjoyed one of the nicer days in recent memory. The photo above is featuring samples of Meridian Pint's second house beer, MP2, a Dark Rye ale, the new and extremely impressive DC Brau's Corruption IPA, and Jolly Pumpkins' Wild Stout, Madrugada Obscura. Whew, wee, were they delicious...
There's also another amazing Oliver Cask Ale sitting there on the table, really, really good...
