Here's another little diddy I found in South Dakota. Certified Evil by Lucky Bucket Brewing company out of La Vista, Nebraska, just outside of Omaha. I have to say, I love the name and label of this beer. The skull featured at the top of the label almost makes you rethink whether or not the contents of this package are safe. Well, they are safe, and they are great.
A dark Belgian ale near 10% abv, I was pretty blown away by the uniqueness of this brew. Sweet but not too sweet, dry but not too dry, certified evil offered an array of flavors like raisin and molasses. I am guessing the fact that it was aged in Cabirnet barrels helped build the flavor profile.
