Maple Syrup Porter - Bottled!

Last night I cracked opened my fermenter and bottled my winter brew: Maple Syrup porter.

I and still calculating the ABV% from my hydrometer reading, but my taste last night leads me to believe that it will certainly deserve the "imperial" title I plan to give it.

My taster last night tasted a lot like our homemade Maple Syrup. The aroma was sweet and the color dark as night. Fingers crossed that the maple flavor stays strong. I primed my 22 oz bottles with more syrup, but left the 12 oz bottles with corn sugar.

Should be ready to drink by Mid-Late October.
