Yuengling

Cold Yuengling drafts, enjoyed outside on a warm summer evening, is a hard thing to top.

Brewing since 1829, if you have a chance to visit this historic site, make sure to do so. It's been about 2 years since I've been to their HQ, but it's still far and away the best brewery tour available. The caves, the history, the hill, and of course, the beer. They can't technically be considered "craft" but they are still, at least in my book, a real East Coast great worth imbibing regularly.
