Mead: 72 Hours of Fermentation

3 days in and the carboy is finally bubbling steadily. In fact, when I moved it for this photo, I disturbed the sleepy yeast and the airlock started sizzling away. Yum. Just 3 or 4 more months and I should have a nice brew.
