Just wanted to share this cool photo Em took while waiting for me at mile 19 of the MCM.

What a great event. Afterwards we went to Pizza Paradiso in Old Town (Stone Ruination was my victory beer) to celebrate and haven't stopped celebrating since.
Working on getting back in gear, still a bit sluggish on my runs. Next year I have plans to run races in Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Alexandria (GW Parkway Classic). Haven't decided on a fall race yet, but another MCM is always an option.
